- Early check-in : subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy :
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- Late check-out from12:00hrs to 18:00hrs, extra 50% of room charge 
- Late check-out after 18:00hrs, extra 100% of room charge

Children Policy :
- All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- One older child or adult is charged 350.000VND per person per night in an extra bed.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy : This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
- If cancellation/amendment is made 02 days prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged and the deposit is refundable. 
- If cancellation/amendment is made less than 02 days of your arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit is NOT refundable.
